# Agents I use

> Quickly return to the agents you've recently used on GMI AgentBox.

The **Agents I Use** tab (under **My Agents**) is your shortcut back to the agents you work with most. It tracks the agents you access as a consumer, separate from the ones you publish.

## What it shows

* The **last 5 agents** you accessed within a rolling **30-day window**.
* A **Recency / Frequency** sort toggle:
  * **Recency** — orders by most recently accessed.
  * **Frequency** — orders by how often you access each agent.

## Each row

Every agent in the list shows:

* **Agent name.**
* **Time since last access** — for example "2h ago" or "3d ago".
* **Session count** — how many sessions you've started with the agent.
* A **Re-access** button to jump straight back into the agent.
