# Managing your deployment

> Launch sandboxes from your template, monitor them, and manage your listing.

**Navigate to:** Console → Agentbox → My Agents → My Deployments & Listings

Templates are listed on the left with status and sandbox count (`running · 0 inst.`). Each card's **⋮** menu offers **Edit template** and **Delete template**.

* **Edit template** reopens the form. The data center (shown as **Region**) and instance type can't be changed.
* **Delete template** removes the template.

Select a template to open its panel: template name, **Template ID**, two buttons (**+ Sandbox**, **Listing ▾**), and three tabs.

Self-hosted agents (**Connect your agent**) show only the **Analytics** tab: no Monitor, no Integration, and no **+ Sandbox** button.

## Launching a sandbox: your first real test

**+ Sandbox** opens **Launch sandbox: \[template name]**, *Provision a new sandbox from this deployment.*

![Launch sandbox dialog](https://mintcdn.com/gmicloud/m7suRF3FO6FBhvc2/images/GMI-AgentBox-launch-sandbox-dialog.jpg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=m7suRF3FO6FBhvc2\&q=85\&s=273920efffeca7fafe39572da7adb172)

| Field | What it's for |
| - | - |
| **Image / Template** | Read-only; the image from your registration. |
| **Name** (Optional) | Helps once several are running. |
| **Auto-delete after** | Off by default. When on, pick 5 minutes / 30 minutes / 1 hour / 6 hours / 24 hours / Custom (minutes); the sandbox and its files are then deleted. |
| **Data Center** | Set at registration; can't be changed here. |
| **Specification** | The sandbox size. Pick one card (Sandbox SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE), each showing its hourly price. Defaults to the instance type chosen at registration. |
| **Add Model** | On by default. Choose from **Select Model** (price per 1M tokens shown). With no model, only the runtime starts. |
| **Environment variables** (optional) | Variables from the deployment template (such as `GMI_MAAS_API_KEY`) can't be changed. Add new ones with **Import .env**, **+ Key**, or by pasting `.env` contents into a Key input. |

The **Live Cost Estimate** at the bottom shows \$/hr for your selections. **Cancel** discards. **Create Sandbox** provisions for real and starts your compute meter.

A sandbox bills until the auto-delete timer ends or you pause or delete it.

## Monitor tab: is it actually working?

**Aggregate status** shows four cards:

| Card | Shows |
| - | - |
| **Active** | Sandboxes that are running |
| **Error** | Sandboxes in error |
| **Creating** | Sandboxes being created |
| **Last provisioned** | When the latest sandbox was created |

**Sandbox list**: columns Sandbox Name, Endpoint, Status, Expires, Created; filter by name/ID or status (All / Running / Error / Creating). Click **>\_** on a row to open its terminal. Empty state: `No instances yet`.

Each row has three controls:

| Control | Use it to |
| - | - |
| **⏸** | Pause: compute stops, files and processes are kept, terminal is off. **▶** resumes where it left off. Free during Early Access; deleted after 7 days paused. |
| **>\_** | Open a terminal in the sandbox, including file upload and download. |
| **…** | View Log · View Detail · Delete |

**Delete** removes the sandbox and its files.

## Integration tab: driving it from your own code

Pass your **Template ID** to start a session. The `Sample · provision → poll → terminate` block has four curl calls; **Copy code** copies them.

Console and API use different names for the same things:

| Console | API |
| - | - |
| Data Center (shown as **Region** in Edit template) | `idc_name` |
| Instance type (**Specification** at launch) | `instance_type` |
| Template ID | `template_id` |
| Sandbox | task (`/tasks`, `<TASK_ID>`) |

Step 2 only lists running tasks. Copy the commands from the **Integration** tab; placeholders are pre-filled.

```bash theme={null}
# 1. Provision a sandbox
curl -X POST 'https://api.gmi-serving.com/v1/agents/deployments/<slug>/tasks' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_TOKEN>' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
    "idc_name": "<DATA_CENTER>",
    "instance_type": "<INSTANCE_TYPE>",
    "template_id": "<YOUR_TEMPLATE_ID>"
  }'
# 2. List tasks running under this deployment
curl 'https://api.gmi-serving.com/v1/agents/deployments/<slug>/tasks' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_TOKEN>'
# 3. Poll until status = "running", then route to your user
curl 'https://api.gmi-serving.com/v1/agents/tasks/<TASK_ID>' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_TOKEN>'
# 4. Terminate when the session ends
curl -X DELETE 'https://api.gmi-serving.com/v1/agents/tasks/<TASK_ID>' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer <YOUR_API_TOKEN>'
```

These calls create and destroy sandboxes, so they need an API key from the Console **API keys** page.

## Analytics tab: what it's costing you

| Section | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Usage By Model** | Spend over time. Switch the range with 1D / 7D / 30D / 90D; **View billing** opens the full billing dashboard. |
| **API Key Management** | The keys tied to this agent (Name, masked Key, Scope such as auto-gen, Owner), with a delete action per row. |

## Going public, and coming back

**Listing ▾** on a template offers **Publish**, which opens the listing form.

**Publish Status** (top of the left column) opens a table of every listing you've submitted (Listing name, Template, Review Status, Updated), all sortable.

![Publish Status](https://mintcdn.com/gmicloud/m7suRF3FO6FBhvc2/images/GMI-AgentBox-publish-status.jpg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=m7suRF3FO6FBhvc2\&q=85\&s=f5770aaf9e3a168960e4765f74d5af89)

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Under Review** | Submitted, not yet live. |
| **Approved** | Live in the Agent Marketplace. |
| **Approved · Content edit in review** | Live, with an edit to the listing awaiting review. The live version stays up until the edit is approved. |
| **Unpublished** | Removed from the Agent Marketplace. Its **…** menu offers **List an agent** to list it again. |

An approved listing's **…** menu offers **Edit listing** and **Unpublish**. Unpublishing removes the listing from the Agent Marketplace; running sandboxes are unaffected.
